Sennheiser ACCENTUM Wireless Over-Ear Headphones w/ ANC & 50-Hr Battery (White)
Over-ear noise-cancelling headphones with a 50-hour battery, for commuters and travellers who want Sennheiser sound from the entry model.
The Accentum Wireless is Sennheiser's entry over-ear model, with hybrid noise cancelling and a transparency mode on a button. Sennheiser rates the battery at up to 50 hours with noise cancelling on, and ten minutes on the USB-C cable adds about five hours. It supports aptX and aptX HD as well as AAC, weighs 222 g and folds flat.
It suits commuting, flights and office use. The Smart Control app adds a five-band equaliser, sound presets and a personalised sound profile. The Accentum Plus and the Momentum 4 sit above it in Sennheiser's range; this is the plain version.
Worth knowing The box holds the headphones, a USB-C cable and a quick guide. There is no carry case, and Sennheiser's page lists no audio cable. This listing is the white colour.

BOSCH GSR12V-140FCB22 12V Max Drill/Driver, Flexiclick, 2 Batteries
A compact 12V drill/driver with four swap-on heads, for cabinet, furniture and tight-corner work around the house.
Bosch's Flexiclick is a 12V drill/driver whose front end comes off. The kit has four attachments: a keyless chuck for drilling, a locking bit holder for driving, a right-angle head for tight spaces and an offset head for screws close to an edge. The two angle heads turn to 16 positions without being removed. With no attachment fitted, a built-in magnetic bit holder makes it a very short driver.
Bosch lists 265 in-lbs of torque and two speed ranges, up to 400 and up to 1,300 RPM. That covers assembling furniture, hanging cabinets and fitting hardware. For large holes in framing or masonry, a full-size 18V drill is the better tool. The kit comes with two 2.0 Ah batteries, a charger and a carrying bag.
Worth knowing It runs on Bosch's 12V Max batteries, so packs from 18V tools will not power it. It is a drill/driver, not a hammer drill or an impact driver.

Breville BES870XL Barista Express Espresso Machine, Brushed Stainless Steel $499.95 @Amazon
An espresso machine with a built-in burr grinder, for people who want to learn to pull shots and steam milk by hand.
The Barista Express grinds, doses and brews in one machine. It has a conical burr grinder with 16 settings that grinds straight into a 54 mm portafilter, a thermocoil heater with PID temperature control, and a manual steam wand for milk. Shots run from one-cup and two-cup buttons or fully by hand.
It suits someone willing to spend time adjusting grind and dose: the result depends on the user far more than with a pod or fully automatic machine. Breville includes single-wall and dual-wall filter baskets in one-cup and two-cup sizes, along with a stainless milk jug, tamper, dosing funnel, trimming tool and cleaning kit.
Worth knowing It is a manual machine: you tamp, watch the shot and froth the milk yourself. By Breville's measurements it is about 16 inches wide and 13 deep, so check the counter space first. This listing is the brushed stainless finish.

Epson EcoTank ET-4950 Wireless All-in-One Color Supertank Printer, White
An ink-tank all-in-one that prints, copies, scans and faxes, for a home office that prints often enough to be tired of cartridges.
The ET-4950 is filled from bottles instead of cartridges. Epson includes one black and three colour bottles, which it rates at up to 6,600 black or 5,500 colour pages, and the printhead is permanent. It prints on both sides automatically, holds 250 sheets, has a document feeder for copying and scanning a stack, and connects over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Epson's rated speeds are 18 pages a minute in black and 9 in colour.
An ink-tank printer costs more up front and far less per page afterwards, so it makes sense for a household or small office that prints every week. Someone who prints a few pages a month will wait years to see the difference. It follows the ET-4850 in Epson's range, with twice the duty cycle by Epson's figures.
Worth knowing Epson notes that some of the included ink is used up during first setup, so the first fill gives fewer pages than a replacement set. Refills are Epson's 502 series bottles.

Giro Hoxton MIPS Adult Urban Bike Helmet, medium or large, from
A city bike helmet with Mips and a dial fit, for commuters and casual riders who want deep coverage in a plain shape.
The Hoxton Mips is Giro's urban helmet: a compact ABS hard shell with deep coverage, small exhaust ports at the rear and a cutout that leaves room for a ponytail. Fit is set with the Roc Loc Urban dial at the back. Inside is Mips Evolve Core, a layer that Giro says can help redirect impact forces in certain impacts. The straps and details are reflective.
It suits riding to work, errands and bike paths. Its vents are small ports at the rear, not open channels across the top, so riders who do long, hot road rides will be better served by a vented road helmet.
Worth knowing The deal covers medium and large, and what you pay can differ by size and colour, so check the one you select. Measure your head against Giro's size chart before ordering.

24-oz Owala FreeSip Twist Stainless Steel Water Bottle
A 24-ounce insulated steel water bottle with a twist-off cap over a spout you can sip or swig from, slim enough for a bag pocket.
The FreeSip Twist is the slimmer member of Owala's FreeSip family. The spout is the same as on the regular FreeSip: a built-in straw for sipping upright, plus a wider opening for tilting back and drinking. What changes is the shape and the cover, a twist-top lid that Owala describes as leakproof. The bottle is insulated stainless steel, which Owala says keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours, with a hinged carry loop that folds away.
It suits a gym bag, a backpack side pocket or a desk. Owala says it fits most cup holders and publishes the measurements: the 24-ounce size is about 30 cm tall and 7.4 cm across.
Worth knowing Owala recommends washing the bottle and lid by hand; only the small parts (spout, gaskets, straw) go in the dishwasher. It also warns against drinking hot liquids through the straw.

5.1-Channel JBL Bar 500MK2 Dolby Atmos, MultiBeam 3.0 Soundbar System w/ 10" Wireless Subwoofer (Black)
A 5.1-channel soundbar with a 10-inch wireless subwoofer and Dolby Atmos, for a living-room TV that needs fuller sound and real bass.
The Bar 500MK2 is a two-box system: a 37-inch soundbar and a separate 10-inch wireless subwoofer, rated by JBL at 750 watts in total. It handles Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X and uses JBL's MultiBeam 3.0 for a wider soundstage. There is one HDMI input and one HDMI eARC output with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ pass-through, plus optical, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The JBL One app handles streaming services and EQ.
It suits a living room where the TV's own speakers sound thin and there is floor space for a subwoofer. An HDMI cable and wall brackets for the bar are in the box.
Worth knowing The box has no separate rear speakers, so surround effects come from the bar itself. The subwoofer is about 13 inches square and 16 inches tall, and needs its own power outlet.
